AlphaLawgics will not delete customer information for paying members. However, AlphaLawgics reserves the right to delete customer information for members with a free or unpaid account status at any time.

This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by AlphaLawgics for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our Services.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through our Services, this information may be collected and used by others.  AlphaLawgics encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from our website so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. AlphaLawgics may also collect personally identifiable information about other individuals whom you are generating documents pertaining to, such as the personal information of individuals and/or parties involved in lawsuits and other legal matters. If you do not feel comfortable entering information such as Social Security or Tax I.D. Numbers, we encourage you to only provide the last 4 digits of yours or or others' Social Security or Tax I.D. Numbers, or to leave such fields blank and to manually enter any personal information with which you are not comfortable submitting over an internet connection upon downloading the documents and/or forms you generate using our Services.

AlphaLawgics collects and uses your personal information to operate our website and deliver the Services you have requested.  AlphaLawgics may also use your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from AlphaLawgics and its affiliates. AlphaLawgics may contact you to participate in surveys to conduct research regarding your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered in the future.
